Maintenance Service Checklist

Our maintenance service includes a comprehensive check to ensure optimal operation:

Cooling System Checks

• Inspect evaporator and condenser condition

• Brush clean the condenser plate

• Check condensate drain

Electrical and Mechanical Checks

• Inspect fan motor operation

• Inspect and test electrical connections

• Verify compressor temperature and operation

Cabinet and Door Integrity

• Check door seals, door switch, and door light (if fitted)

• Confirm external ventilation clearance (3 cm top and bottom or as required)

• Check ceiling ventilation clearance (4 cm below fan or as needed)

Temperature Accuracy and Control

• Test controller settings

• Check cabinet temperatures against the digital display

• Confirm high and low temperatures are within acceptable range

Exclusions

This service does not include spare parts or labour for repairs or breakdowns. If repairs are needed, we will provide a separate quote.

A maintenance service is not a guarantee or warranty for the ongoing operation of your refrigerator. It is a preventative maintenance check designed to ensure the cabinet is in proper working condition at the time of service.
