Delivery Services

We offer a range of delivery options, from standard road freight to full “white glove” service where your cabinet is placed in position and packaging removed. Simply let us know what you need, and we’ll organise the most cost-effective option with our trusted carriers.

Please advise us if there are stairs, lifts, narrow doorways, or restricted access at your site so we can arrange the right delivery service.

Shipping Costs

Freight charges are calculated based on the size of the cabinet, delivery location, and delivery type. We always choose the most cost-effective option from our network of reliable freight companies.

Returns

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you can return your purchase, provided the unit is unused, in its original packaging, and approved for return. A restocking fee may apply and return freight is the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the unit, we’ll process your refund.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event your cabinet arrives damaged or develops a fault, we’ll organise a prompt solution, either a free repair or replacement unit, to get you up and running quickly.

Warranty
