All ICS Pacific refrigeration units are backed by a comprehensive 3-year parts and labour warranty, ensuring confidence in long-term performance and product reliability. This warranty applies to most standard models; some clearance stock may be excluded.

Our warranty covers manufacturer faults under normal use, as long as installation, usage and maintenance requirements have been followed. If your ICS Pacific unit isn’t performing as expected, we’re here to help.

To make a warranty claim, please complete the form below. Include all required details and upload a photo of your unit in its usual location to help us assess the issue efficiently. Once submitted, our service team will review your claim and get in touch with next steps. If service is required, we can arrange it through our nationwide technician network.

Warranty Exclusions

The ICS Pacific warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Common exclusions include:

Failure to adhere to usage guidelines
Incorrect or unsuitable thermostat adjustment
Inadequate cleaning of the condenser
Failure to defrost when required
Poor installation location or lack of required ventilation
Incorrect electrical supply
Fair wear and tear

Please note the warranty also excludes consumables and external components such as glass, lights, plastic, gas, bowls, lids, and liquid-damaged parts.
